WorldSpawns. WorldSpawns is an easy-to-use and lightweight plugin adding the feature of having per-world spawnpoints. These can be managed easily though in-game commands. The plugin also comes with additional features such as a hub and a newbie spawn. The plugin is modular, meaning you can disable any of the features of the plugin if unwanted.
You're not running any plugins, no multiverse-core and things like cmi or essentials, or a bungeechord, velocity or lobby/hub stuff?

Follow striker2ninja set it as highest not just high. then ingame use /setspawn from your hub or lobby world. Then after that go to the skyblock word (make sure you're an op) type /mvm set memory FALSE. Go to essentials config and find spawn-point: 'name of your lobby' (you can find it at the bottom) Dont forget to STOP your sever.

58. Apr 9, 2020. #1. Whenever I do /setspawn in my housing, it won't work. If I do /stuck, it should send me to the location where I set my spawn, but it just sends me to the default spawn point of the housing theme. If you wanna see that, visit me and go to the Trapping Kids house.

Ever since I installed EssentialsX Spawn, players are respawning at Spawn when they die and not at their beds. I have tested and verified that the player's beds are still existing and not obstructed. Normally, I would check the config file, but there doesn't seem to be one specifically for EssentialsX Spawn, just EssentialsX.
Set to = repeat and needs redstone with a lever flipped on. This was done so the command blocks can be switched off since you cannot change anything in them when they are set to always active w/o having to destroy the command block it's self. Commandblock 2. gamemode s @a[r=100,m=a] Set to = repeat and needs redstone with another lever flipped
For most farms, it doesn't really matter. Even in the spawn chunks, plants will not grow, mobs will not spawn, etc. unless the player is nearby, A wither powered cobble farm would be a good idea. Mostly, it comes down to: avoid things that cause lag, and include things that run even without you there. Hope that helps.
The game will always try to spawn you onto the highest block (it's an anti-griefing measure). You can work around this by setting a temporary spawn point somewhere high in the sky out of sight, and immediately a player is detected there /tp them to the exact location you want them to spawn in. It's usually so quick that they will not notice the I'd prefer the world border that has blue stripes, which is the default Minecraft command. I tried the WorldBorder plugin too and it didn't work. It ended up causing major problems where almost the entire world was outside the border despite, me setting it farther. Then players couldn't use /home or access their builds.
Set world spawn location /setworldspawn [x y z] Set the world spawn location either to the player's current position or a set of entered coordinates. Change game mode
1. Best answer to this for people finding this in 2019 or later, use /gamerule spawnRadius 1. This determines the max distance you spawn from the actual spawn coordinates. This is set to 10 by default and will spawn you anywhere within a radius of 10 blocks around the spawn. – s1h4d0w. So, I was trying to make checkpoints by changing the spawn point of a player by using Command Blocks and the /spawnpoint command. First, I tried by using arguments ( the @p[x=blah,y=blah,z=blah,r=blah] stuff) and a kind of clock (so the Command Block would be constantly active), but it didn't seem to work. You can set your world spawn to a relative position by using this command: /setworldspawn ~ ~ ~. This will make the world spawn where you are standing. You can also substitute the tildes ( ~) for the location you would like the player to spawn at in X Y Z coordinates if you'd like. Share. Improve this answer. Follow. edited Apr 30, 2021 at 19:32.
A world's seed is set when that world is created. By default, it is decided automatically, but it can also be set manually. Setting and reusing a seed from one world generates the same world. Either a number or a word/phrase can be used, including negatives. If a word/phrase is used, it is converted into a 32-bit integer.
Set Spawn Mod for SSG. Overrides player spawnpoint with specified coordinates. Configurable seed and coordinates in /config/setspawn.properties. Coordinates are validated before overriding. There is logging in F3, world loading screen, and in logs. Works with multi using the global config file. It is always around 15 blocks away, and I spawn on either the trees or the roof on a building and not where I am supposed to. I have done /setworldspawn where I want the spawn to be, and I also have worldguard, but nothing is working. On all the other servers I play on you spawn in an exact location, not randomly like what is happening on my
\n \n minecraft set world spawn not working
When a command block runs a command, it considers itself as the player running the command. If you want to set everyone's spawnpoint, do /spawnpoint @ a ~ ~1 ~. The ~ ~1 ~ implies it's 1 block over the command block btw. The spawnpoint command won't do anything by itself; If you want players' spawn to be set, you'd need to do some thing like

Step 7: Enter the teleport command. Eg: /tp [target player] . Tap on the keyboard button on the right end of the Chat bar, and enter the tp command in full. This should include your

Not another n00b that doesn't understand spawn chunks. GO look at YouTube” stop. I understand spawn chunks. I have a special case that may or may not affect how they work. This is what I have done: - I have traveled to 0 0, did a /setworldspawn setting my new world spawn chunks, so I know precisely where the world spawn is. .
